"Updated!!! **** The end of this review was written and I forgot to submit it. I needed to update and get some documents sent to me after purchasing a new vehicle and trading in my other vehicle. I had the pleasure of speaking with the follow three account specialists. Joseph, Allison, and Doug. Every single one of them have excellent customer service skills. They all listen to what is needed and do a great job of getting what is needed done in a quick manner. They are all very plesant to speak to and I would highly recommend this office due to having the nicest and most helpful staff. It is great bring able to know that I can always get great service and what I need from them. THANK YOU !! "I had an amazing experience switching my insurance! Staff is knowledgeable, and made the entire process so easy. All I had to do was make one phone call, tell them what I needed, and they took care of the rest. I simply signed the documents electronically, and they even contacted my previous insurance company to cancel my old policy for me.
I was in the middle of a cross-country move, so having such a seamless experience was a huge relief. They also emailed my renters insurance information directly to my apartment complex, which I truly appreciated since I was literally driving across the country while trying to get everything done. They made what could have been a stressful task completely effortless. I couldn’t recommend them more!"

"Allyson promptly called back when I inquired about renters and car insurance through the form on their website. She accurately included everything I asked for in the quotes, answered all my questions, and had them out to me much quicker than I was used to in the past (One time I had to go through a 30-email conversation because the agent kept forgetting things I asked for).
Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Don Haneline's Agency if you want a very efficient process to get your insurance.
Update: I received a policy renewal notice and was informed that changes were being made to my auto rates. I spoke to Doug on the phone and he was very helpful as he clarified exactly what the changes were (they were expected changes). He also informed me of other options I could add on, but was simply being informative and not pushy. I just wanted to add that I have had another good experience with Haneline's."
