Additionally, her follow up has been timely and as a result I have transferred more business to them.

I had the pleasure of speaking with the follow three account specialists. Joseph, Allison, and Doug. Every single one of them have excellent customer service skills. "I had an amazing experience switching my insurance! Staff is knowledgeable, and made the entire process so easy. All I had to do was make one phone call, tell them what I needed, and they took care of the rest. I simply signed the documents electronically, and they even contacted my previous insurance company to cancel my old policy for me.

I was in the middle of a cross-country move, so having such a seamless experience was a huge relief. Update: I received a policy renewal notice and was informed that changes were being made to my auto rates. I spoke to Doug on the phone and he was very helpful as he clarified exactly what the changes were (they were expected changes). He also informed me of other options I could add on, but was simply being informative and not pushy. I just wanted to add that I have had another good experience with Haneline's."
